Cuba Libre

Whilst white rum, lime, and cola may seem like a simple combination; the Cuba Libre has been a crowd-pleaser for over a century for a reason.

These 3 ingredients tango to make an invigorating tipple that will be sure to excite the senses!

 

Ingredients

• 15ml (0.5oz) Freshly squeezed lime juice

• 60ml (2oz) Barnes & Brown “Señorita Bianco” Non-Alcoholic White Rum

• Coca-Cola to top (as needed)

• Cup of ice

• Lime wedges for garnish

How to make a Cuba Libre Mocktail

  1. Pour lime juice and non-alc white rum into a highball glass.

  2. Fill the glass with ice.

  3. Place 2-3 lime wedges/wheels down the side of the glass.

  4. Top with cola and garnish with a lime wedge.
