Whiskey Sour

This one’s perfect for those who love the luxurious experience of drinking a bar-favourite, but don’t love the hangover the next day…


Ingredients

• 90ml (3oz) Barnes & Brown “Southern Belle” non-alcoholic Bourbon

• 30ml (1oz) Freshly squeezed lemon juice

• 30ml (1oz) Sugar syrup

• 22.2ml (3/4oz) Egg white

• Cup of ice

• 3 dashes of @allthebitter Aromatic Bitters (0% Alc)

 

How to make a Whiskey Sour Mocktail

  1. Pour all of the liquids into a cocktail shaker.

  2. Dry shake (with no ice) for 30 secs to combine the ingredients.

  3. Add ice and shake for another 30secs.

  4. Pour into a whiskey or coupe glass (straining optional).

  5. Add a few dashes of bitters and a dried lime for garnish.
