Passionfruit Mojito

This passionfruit mojito mocktail is perfect for those that aren’t a fan of overly sweet drinks.

The tantalising zest of passionfruit and lime creating a refreshing sip like no other- and better yet, this recipe is completely alcohol free.

Ingredients

• 1 bunch of mint leaves

• 30ml (1oz) Freshly squeezed lime juice

• 30ml (1oz) Passionfruit pulp or puree

• 60ml (2oz) Barnes & Brown “Señorita Bianco” non-alcoholic white rum

• 1 cup of crushed ice

• Soda water (as needed)

• 1 sprig of mint and a slice of passionfruit for garnish

*If you prefer a sweeter drink, add 15ml of sugar syrup to this recipe*

 

How to make a frozen Paloma Mocktail

  1. Add mint leaves, lime juice and passionfruit to your glass of choice. Use a muddler to release the flavours.

  2. Add 60ml white rum and stir to combine.

  3. Add the crushed ice and top the glass with soda water. Stir well to combine flavours with the soda water.

  4. Garnish with mint and passionfruit.
